In this imagined service, a White Noise Library would maintain specifications, proposed replicators would make test components, and White Noise computing could search for conflicting requirements. Independent inspection would decide whether the parts actually met the standard. A shared acronym is not an interface specification, however handsome the badge. The authority’s existence is unconfirmed. White Noise fabrication is unvalidated, and an imaginative certification mark would provide no real assurance of engineering compatibility or safety.
